Delete - Non-notable broadcaster. I couldn't find a single mention of him in a decent source in English and the sources I found in Japanese were, much like the article's sole citation, directory-style short descriptions of him as an employee of the Mainichi Broadcasting System. Weak delete The closest thing I could find in the ja.wiki article to a sourced statement that would prove notability is the claim that his show won an award of the Japan Commercial Broadcasters Association, but it was one of seven winners, and not the top one.
